Contact AYRUS Technologies
Reach us by phone, email or the enquiry form — for requirements, drawings, questions and vendor evaluation requests.
Request an Enquiry
Share your requirement — drawings, quantities and timelines — and we will respond with the information you need to move forward.
Enquiry ready to send
Thank you — your enquiry has been prepared in your email application. If your email program did not open, write to us directly at sailakshmikandukuri8@gmail.com or call +91 98664 65829.
Pick the channel that fits
The enquiry form carries the most structure — name, company, requirement — and works from any device. Phone is the right choice when a requirement needs a conversation more than a form; email is best for drawings, specifications and long documentation. All three reach the same place.
A note on what to expect from each. Phone calls are answered during business hours, and a requirement described on a call usually ends with "send the drawing anyway" — not out of caution for its own sake, but because a quote built from a conversation alone is a quote one of us will have to revise later. Email and the form produce a written trail, which for B2B work is worth the few extra minutes it takes. When your requirement includes confidential drawings, mention it and the handling follows.
Whichever channel you choose, one expectation holds: your enquiry is read by someone who can act on it, and the first reply either answers the question or asks the one that needs asking. No channel gets a faster or slower version of us.
One practical note on attachments: if your drawings are large or stored in a shared drive, a link in the form works as well as an attachment. And if you are enquiring on behalf of a team, mention who else will be involved — the engineer who owns the drawing, the quality contact who will audit us, the planner who sets the dates — so the conversation starts with the right people in it.
What happens next
Requirement review
Your enquiry is read against the drawings, specifications and quantities you share. Questions — if any — come back to you promptly, before any quote.
Scope confirmation
We confirm what we can support: materials, configurations, testing and timelines. What is quoted is what is built.
Quote & next steps
You receive a written quote with the agreed scope, and a point of contact for everything that follows. Questions are welcome at every step — vendor evaluation requests included.
For vendor evaluations, we can provide the information your quality system needs — process descriptions, testing capability and relevant job documentation — as part of the enquiry conversation. Ask for what your evaluation requires; if we cannot provide part of it, we will say so plainly rather than paper over it.
One last note on timing: if an enquiry involves a hard deadline — a production stoppage, a scheduled build, a customer commitment — state it in the first message. Urgency changes how a job is triaged, and a supplier who learns about it on day four of a five-day window cannot help you the way one who learned on day one.
Before you write
What should an enquiry contain?
Whatever defines the job in your hands today: drawings, wiring lists, a BOM, photographs of a sample, or a plain-language description if the requirement is still taking shape. Add quantities and target dates if you know them — and if you don't, that's fine too; early conversations often sharpen both.
Can we send drawings or specification files?
Yes — attach them to an email or describe them in the enquiry form and we'll tell you where to send files. If your drawings are confidential, say so and we'll treat them accordingly. A requirement can also start as a phone conversation and turn into documentation afterwards.
How quickly do you respond?
Enquiries are answered during business hours, and the first response is usually a question rather than a quote — because a precise quote needs the requirement understood. If your requirement is urgent, say so in the enquiry and call as well.
Do you handle vendor evaluation questionnaires?
Yes. If your company's quality system requires supplier evaluation documentation, send the questionnaire with your enquiry. We complete what applies to our work and state plainly what does not — including certification status, which we share accurately rather than aspirationally.
Do you work with consigned material?
Yes — customer-consigned, turnkey and hybrid sourcing models are all supported. The model is agreed per job during enquiry, and consigned material receives the same incoming checks as sourced material.
Which contact method is fastest?
For new requirements, the enquiry form — it reaches us with all the fields filled in and is answered during business hours. For an urgent, in-progress matter, calling directly is faster. Email suits drawings and documentation of any size.
Can we visit before placing an order?
Site visits and vendor evaluation steps are arranged through the enquiry process. Tell us what your evaluation requires and we will schedule accordingly.
