AYRUS Technologies is an electronic and cable assembly company based in Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, Telangana. Our business is manufacturing assemblies to our customers' requirements: cable assemblies, cable forms, semi-rigid and RF cable assemblies, electronic module and LRU assembly, test jigs and racks, and PCB assembly and testing.

We work primarily with engineering and procurement teams — OEMs, product companies and system integrators — who arrive with drawings, specifications or a described requirement and need a partner who can execute it accurately and communicate clearly while doing so.

Our five capability areas cover the interconnect and integration work that electronics products depend on:

Cable assemblies — power, signal and data assemblies built to your drawings.
Cable forms — multi-cable bundles shaped to your assembly geometry.

Across all of these, the working method is the same: understand the requirement, document the job, control the materials, assemble to the documentation, test what was agreed, and keep records of what was done.

How the relationship runs

Enquiries typically begin with drawings or a requirement description and target quantities. From there we confirm the scope — materials, connectors, configurations and testing — before quoting, so that what is quoted is what is built. During the job, a single point of contact keeps communication short and factual.

When a requirement changes mid-job, the documentation changes first and the bench follows. When something cannot be built as drawn, we say so and propose the resolution. It is a plain way of working, and it is the reason customers come back with their second and third orders.

Values that guide the work

Precision. Assemblies are built to documentation; deviations are raised, not improvised. The measurement of our work is not how fast the first unit ships — it is how identical the fiftieth unit is.
Traceability. What was built, how it was tested and who checked it are recorded for every job. Records exist so that audits, follow-on orders and failure questions can be answered from evidence.
Responsiveness. B2B customers work to schedules. Enquiries are answered quickly and honestly — including when the honest answer is that a job does not fit our capabilities.

Verified information on request. Facility details, equipment, team experience and other facts relevant to a vendor evaluation are shared directly during the enquiry process. We publish only what we can stand behind.

Where we work from

Hyderabad — and wherever the work ships

AYRUS works out of Malkajgiri in the Medchal Malkajgiri district of Hyderabad, Telangana — one of India's most active electronics and engineering manufacturing regions. The location matters for practical reasons: sourcing is easier when the supply ecosystem is close, and B2B customers across the country can reach us by phone, email and courier with equal ease.

While our base is local, our customers' requirements are not defined by geography. Drawings arrive from product companies and engineering teams wherever they are; assemblies ship to wherever the equipment is built. What a Hyderabad location adds is a working environment where electronic assembly skills, component availability and industrial infrastructure sit together.

What we do — and what we don't

We build assemblies to documentation: cables, forms, RF assemblies, modules, jigs, racks and boards. We do not design products, and we do not sell components — if your requirement needs design work, we will tell you that plainly rather than quietly improvising around it. If a job needs a capability we do not have, saying so early costs both of us less than discovering it late.

This directness is deliberate. Suppliers who accept everything tend to deliver the difficult things late; we would rather be trusted for what we actually do. Most of our working relationships started with a modest, well-defined job and grew as confidence did.

Most relationships here start small and deliberately so: a single assembly or a small batch, quoted properly and delivered on its documentation. The first job is where a customer checks whether the working method described on this page is the working method they actually experience — and it is where we learn enough about a requirement to quote the second one faster.

Customers who stay tend to bring more of their assembly work over time — not because anyone asked them to, but because the alternative of explaining the same drawings again to a new supplier costs more than it saves.
