About AYRUS

An engineering and manufacturing organization — focused on assembly

AYRUS Technologies is an electronic and cable assembly company based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Our work is straightforward: we build assemblies to our customers' drawings and specifications, with the inspection and testing agreed for each job.

We serve procurement teams, electronics engineers, OEMs and system integrators who need a responsive partner for cable, module and board-level assembly work. That focus shows up in how we quote (from your documentation, not guesswork), how we build (to controlled drawings, with deviations raised rather than improvised), and how we close jobs (tested to what was agreed, with records kept).

  • Build-to-print assembly
  • Defined inspection stages
  • Agreed electrical testing
  • B2B enquiry response

Documentation-first working: every job is built from controlled drawings and specifications.
How we work with you

Built around build-to-print discipline

"Build to print" means your documentation is the authority. When your drawing arrives, it is reviewed for completeness — materials, connector callouts, test requirements, tolerances — and questions are raised before assembly begins, not discovered in the middle of it. If something cannot be built as drawn, you hear about it from us directly.

That discipline is what makes an assembly supplier useful at quantity. The unit you receive in a second or third order is built from the same documentation, by the same working method, and verified against the same criteria as the first — and the job records that prove it are kept, so audits and follow-up orders are answered from evidence rather than memory.

Communication runs through a single point of contact, so status questions get answered by someone who knows the job. It is a working method we apply to a five-piece prototype batch and a production run alike, because the habits that produce consistent assemblies do not depend on scale.

Process

A controlled assembly process, from requirement to delivery

The same working method applies across cable, module and board assembly — adapted to the requirements of each job, and agreed with you before work begins.

STEP 01

Requirement review

Every job starts with your drawings, specifications and quantities — clarifying materials, connectors, test requirements and dates before assembly begins.

STEP 02

Documentation & planning

Build documentation, work instructions and material planning are prepared so the assembly floor works from a single, controlled definition of the job.

STEP 03

Material control

Incoming wire, cable, connectors and components are checked and stored so the right materials reach the right job.

STEP 04

Assembly

Cutting, stripping, termination, forming and integration are carried out by trained assemblers following the documented work instructions.

STEP 05

Test & inspection

Agreed electrical tests — such as continuity checks, and further testing as specified for the job — plus visual inspection at defined checkpoints.

STEP 06

Packaging & delivery

Assemblies are labelled, packed to protect them in transit, and shipped with the agreed documentation.

Quality / Process

Quality is a working method, not a slogan

Inspection and testing are built into the job plan — agreed with you up front, recorded as the work proceeds, and available for review when you evaluate us as a supplier.

Quality & Process

Build-to-print discipline

Assemblies are manufactured to your drawings and specifications, with clarifications raised before work begins — not after.

Inspection at defined checkpoints

Incoming, in-process and final checks are part of the working method, agreed with you for each job.

Documentation you can audit

Test results and job records support vendor evaluations and follow-up orders.

Responsive communication

A named point of contact keeps you informed from enquiry through to delivery.

Getting started

What to send us

You do not need a perfect documentation package to start a conversation. In practice, the fastest enquiries to answer share three things: drawings or samples that define the assembly, the specifications that apply (wire and cable types, connector series, test requirements), and the quantities and dates you are working to.

With that, we can confirm scope — including supported configurations and materials — and quote precisely. Without it, any supplier's quote is a guess that gets revised later; we would rather ask the questions up front. If your requirement is still taking shape, describe it in plain language and we will tell you what documentation would make it buildable.

Enquiries are answered by phone and email during business hours, and the enquiry form on this page reaches us directly.
